Assessment Exam Fee and Credit Card Options
The cost to take each single exam is $45. A package of two PHR or two SPHR exams can be purchased at a discounted rate of $70. Fees are payable only by credit card whenever you are ready to take the exam. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Carte Blanche and Discover are accepted for payment. Candidates will be charged the full exam fee each time they register for an exam.
It is important to carefully consider which exam to take before registering for the assessment exam. If you choose and begin taking the incorrect exam level, you will be charged for that exam and will have to pay the fee again if you choose to take the other exam level. You will not be able to apply for a refund. You are welcome to take either exam as many times as you like; however, the $45 fee will be collected each time, with the exception of the two-exam package option, which allows you to access both exams one time each for a fee of $70.
